If you access our linked community server on Discord, you must also meet Discord’s minimum age requirement of 13 (and any higher age required by the laws of your country). This website provides information about Scorched Earth Labs and its research and technology, including our work on the Agent State Transition Protocol (“ASTP”), and offers ways to follow our work and contact us. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scorched Earth Labs regarding the website.
